They are working to create a circular economy for plastic packaging.
They are experts in manufacturing economically sustainable rigid plastic packaging through embedded, just-in-time supply chains.
Their Wall-to-Wall methods have always eliminated the need for secondary packaging and the logistics associated with transporting empty bottles.
Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for operating site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding or extrusion) and meeting all production, quality, and safety requirements.
- Efficient operation of machines and other associated equipment to produce plastic products according to specification.
- Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
- Complete all required quality checks, systems check, production records and logs accurately.
- Perform and assist with mold changes as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance on related equipment as required.
- Assist in machine start-ups and shut-downs.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of Machine Operating experience.
- Experience working in a factory environment or experience working as a craftsman.
