Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesoMaintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety policies and requirements including LOTOoReport any unsafe situations to Shift Supervisor.
oInspect parts for visual and dimensional conformance to quality criteria per the control plan.
oPackage and label parts as specified in the Control Plan.
oPull dimensional shots for the lab per control plan.
oPull start up shots and enter data into IQ.
oMake labels and pallet sheets per skid and scan into IQ.
oPerform line clears as required per production scheduleoComplete communication log.
oAssist in training new employees as needed.
oDocument and report nonconforming product to Shift Supervisor.
oEnter NMR data and downtime into I.

oDocument in-process inspection results.
oMaintain accurate Production/Defect Tracking at required intervals.
oDocument readouts from auxiliary equipment.
oDocument downtime and its related cause.
oDocument and report production quantity to Shift Supervisor.
oAssist co-workers as necessary.
oRestart post-mold closing machines, unclear jams.
oMaintain housekeeping in work area.
oAssist Quality Specialist in lab as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
