Job SummaryPerforms multi-task technical duties for startup of manufacturing jobs and materials change-overs.
Ensures processes are accurate as compared to control plans.
Knowledge Experience SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.
Three years of experience in Injection Molding.
General knowledge of Injection Molding and manufacturing operations.
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Basic Computer experience.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesoAssists with the start up of jobs for manufacturing by following the daily schedule.
oResponsible for maintaining a high level of housekeeping in the manufacturing areas.
oResponsible for adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
oEnsures that the maximum output and cycle times of jobs running in manufacturing.
oAssists in the set up of molds and automation as needed.
oResponsible for identifying and presenting cost saving ideas to the plant manager.
oAssists in material changeovers as needed.
oMaintain and service molds as needed.
oEnsure assigned preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner.
oFollow all safety guidelines.
oComplete all scheduled/required training.
oRequired to use a handheld propane torch on the production floor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
